HMCI has significant experience in design/build projects that puts us a step ahead of other general contractors. We have the ability to design and build your project from start to finish creating more time for Owner's to deal with other issues. HMCI has design/build experience in office buildouts, church facilities, industrial, and detention centers.
One such project is The Day Star Tabernacle Church in Douglasville, GA was one of the first projects completed by HMCI. This project is unique because it was a 30,000 square foot design-build project that from the air is in the shape of a star to represent the concept of the Church. The architect on the project was Alan Bell Architect, Inc. in Bremen, Georgia.
Another design/build project is the Centre-Piedmont-Cherokee County Fixed Base Operations (FBO) Building. HMCI worked with the Airport Authority to create a facility tailored to their needs. The project was complete with office space, conference rooom, full service kitchen and a hangar area designed to hold up to six to ten aircraft. |
