HMCI worked closely with the PEMCO staff to design and build their new laboratory facility to support their North and South American Operations product testing. The facility is approximately 25,000 square foot concrete and steel structure that was completed on schedule and under budget allowing the Owner to meet their scheduled shifting of operations to the new facility. |
